Kenneth Marcus has been a school teacher and administrator for 24 years.  He received a master’s degree in School Administration and Supervision from Bowie State University and is pursuing his doctoral degree at the University of Maryland, College Park.  Kenneth  is known for his dedication to the academic progress of all students and growth of staff members. 

Kenneth’s highly effective leadership practices were acknowledged when he was asked to teach courses to his fellow administrators at a district and national level.  He has taught math modules that focused on teacher observation and debriefing strategies for administrators when observing math classes. He is a national trainer in effective instruction and supervision and evaluation, and with the Curriculum Development (ASCD) training series entitled Qualities of Effective Teachers.
